Cameroonian Army Captures Boko Haram's Top Commander Named Suleiman Shehu aka Naira

Cameroonian security agents have arrested a Boko Haram top shot known as Suleiman Shehu aka Naira. He was arrested on Thursday in Double near Mora, Cameroon. News of his arrest was broken by Cameroonian journalist and blogger, Bisong Etahoben, on Twitter. The journalist also reported that Niger is to hand over 457 identified Boko Haram insurgents held in three detention centres in Niamey, Kolo and Kutukale to Nigerian authorities.
