1. Assess your achievements for this out-going year. Write down the areas you succeeded. Also examine the reasons why you did.
2. Examine your weaknesses- likely reasons why you did not achieve some of your goals.
3. Write down your plan for 2016, use numbers 1 and 2 in your plans .
4. Work on your mind. Face the reality on ground. You may have to start small. Improve your mind. Study. Learn. Become more positive.
5. Reconsider some past businesses or skills acquired.
It may have failed in the past but may work now. Don't wait for job opportunities next year. Do whatever is available.
6. Be willing to take some reasonable risks. Take a step of faith. You will still remain at the same spot next year if you are not willing to step out in faith. Don't let fear hold you down.
