Breaking: Ibinabo Febrisima, finally granted bail by an Appeal Court.

Nollywood star Ibinabo Febrisima, was recently slammed a 5-year jail term by the Court of Appeal in Lagos with Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur saying that the appeal was shallow and lacked merit. Ibinabo has finally been granted bail by an Appeal Court. According to Daily Sun, the Appeal court said it was granting the actress bail pending the determination of a suit filed by her at the Supreme court.

It will be recalled that Ibinabo was alleged to have collided with the car of a staff of Lagos State hospital, Giwa Suraj as a result of reckless driving on the Lekki-Epe Expressway in February, 2006.
